This weekend we participated in Yoga D.A.Y held at the Krama Yoga Center which benefitted the Second Chance SPCA. Both are great organizations that we wanted to share with everyone.
Run by Ricky Tran,The Krama Yoga Centers mission is to provide an authentic healing and transformational yoga experience for practicioners in the Dallas area. I could say tons of things about how great this place is, but I may be biased because Ricky is my cousin. What I will say is I have never know anyone so truly passionate about yoga and dedicated to sharing that passion with others. He is very knowledgeable and patient and a great teacher.

The Second Chance SPCA is a no-kill shelter located in Plano, TX. They rescue dogs and cats out of other animal shelters that may be euthanized if not adopted in time. There are tons of great animals just waiting to be adopted into loving homes. This weekends event was to raise money for Second Chance SPCA and get them some of the supplies they need to continue to do good for homeless animals.
