I'm all snug on the couch with my laptop in my lap right now. The problem is that the TV is on Toddlers in Tiaras and I can't reach the remote. The concept is simple, yet creepy, but what I don't understand is the following:
- Why do they think it's normal to send a child to the tanning booth. Ok, so it's a spray tan, but seriously. What message are you sending to your child when you tell them they need to cover up the imperfections.
- Does the dad who is training the 2 year old for pageant and sewing little frilly dresses really think he's straight? Yeah, right...
-
There is something extremely weird about moms competing in the same contest as the kids.
-
Do they not realize that neither the kids, nor the moms, look good in those outfits. There is an appropriate age for the tummy baring unitard, and neither of you are at that age.
-
Why don't they realize that's not a talent and you are not good at it.
-
Why would a 2 year old have evening wear and is her goal really to become Miss America? I think not.
I may have to find something to throw at the TV or get off my lazy ass to make it stop.
